The Ombuds Office is a resource to help consumers with a problem or issue they cannot resolve after calling the service center, filing a complaint or filing an appeal.
Serving Legal Notices
All legal documents must be served during normal business hours at Covered California headquarters’ security desk, at 1601 Exposition Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95815. Please note that there is no customer service or enrollment assistance available at this location.
