No Out-of-Pocket Costs for Care From Your Health Plan’s Network of Doctors (Depending on Income)

For federally recognized tribal members who earn less than 300 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL), there are no copays, cost-sharing or deductibles if you get health services from your health plan’s network of doctors. To get this benefit you need to enroll in a “zero cost-sharing” plan from any metal tier. The plan with the lowest monthly premium cost will have the same benefits as a more expensive plan.
