Western Health Advantage (WHA) is a nonprofit HMO headquartered in Sacramento, created with a community-based mission by a coalition of doctors and health care providers. WHA serves employers in 10 Northern California counties (Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, Colusa, Solano, Napa, Sonoma, Marin and Humboldt) with nearly 30 years of experience delivering local care.
