Health, Dental and Vision Plan Websites
Questions about premium bills, payment due dates and costs associated with doctor visits or other services should be directed to the health insurance plan, dental plan and vision plan. Plan representatives can also answer questions about doctor and hospital networks and can help consumers choose a provider. Online Application (CalHEERS) Login
Access Covered California’s online application (CalHEERS) login page.
Delegation and Delegation Change Request Policy
Consumers can delegate their application to a community enrollment partner in the online application to assist them with the entire application process, including filling out the application, submitting the application, making changes to cases, terminating cases, renewing coverage, selecting a plan and more.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) must remain secure and confidential in accordance with Covered California’s security and privacy policies, including all applicable laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of community enrollment partners to ensure that they handle this information in the appropriate manner. Remember that emails with consumer PII must be encrypted or secured.
