Quality customer service is the core of Covered California's Service Center.

The Service Center is guided by the following principles:

  • To provide a first-class consumer experience
  • To provide culturally appropriate communication in multiple languages
  • To protect customer privacy and security of data
  • To provide clear, accurate, responsive information tailored to each consumers' needs

The Service Center is open for business from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday; and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
