Forgot My Password

Reset your password using CiCi, our customer-support chatbot. 

You can also click on the “Forgot password” link on the account Sign In page. You will be asked to provide your username and date of birth to have a one-time passcode emailed or texted to you.

Once you enter your one-time passcode, you will be asked to reset your password.

Here are the rules for creating a password:

  • Must be at least 8 characters.
  • Cannot be more than 50 characters.
  • Cannot be one of your previous 24 passwords
  • Cannot contain dictionary words, names, and common keyboard patterns (example: Qwerty1!).

And must contain at least 3 of the following:

  • UPPERCASE letter (A-Z).
  • Lowercase letter (a-z).
  • Number (0-9).
  • Special character.

If you do not have access to or remember your email or cell phone, please call our service center at (800) 300-1506 to reset your password.

Forgot My Username

If you registered your email address when setting up your Covered California online account, you can click on the “Forgot username” link on the account Sign In page.

You will be asked to provide your email address and date of birth to have your username emailed to you.

If you do not have access to or remember your email, please call our service center at (800) 300-1506 for your username.
