No Out-of-Pocket Costs for Care Through Tribal Programs

There are no copays, cost-sharing or deductibles if you get health services through a tribal program, the Indian Health Service (IHS) or an urban Indian health program. This benefit also applies to purchased and referred care. All federally recognized tribal members qualify for this benefit, regardless of income.
